jot.clinic is run by Cliq Health Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office Oakpark Business Centre, Office Suite G1c, St Neots, Cambs, PE19 6WA. We are responsible for your details. You can reach us at admin@jot.clinic.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form:
- your name;
- your clinic's name;
- your email address;
- if you choose to tell us, what you use now.
Why we collect it
To tell you about jot.clinic: when it is ready, and news about it before then. What you use now helps us understand what clinics need. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form and can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
Register-interest submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, on our behalf. We use them only to contact you about jot.clinic, and we won't sell or share them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to tell you about jot.clinic.
Being removed
Email admin@jot.clinic and we'll delete your details. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
